- OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
2.1. These are the general conditions (henceforth “general conditions”) regulating access to, browsing and use of the websites under the domain “seniorsresidencias.es” (henceforth, Website), as well as deriving from the use of their contents (“contents” to be understood henceforth as the texts, charts, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, video, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, along with any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties governing intellectual and industrial property). 3.2. In no case will access or browsing by the User mean the waiving, transmission, licence or total or partial granting of those rights by SENIORS
